Are you going to BC Provincial Court in Surrey, Victoria or Port Coquitlam?
These are now Early Resolution registries.
You will now get help to try to resolve family legal issues without going to court.
This is free!
You will:
- have a family needs assessment with a family justice counsellor (you can get a free interpreter)
- take a parenting course, if you have children
- go to at least one consensual dispute resolution session (like mediation)
