The BC Provincial Court Family Rules changed on May 17, 2021.
The new rules apply to all cases started after May 17.
What if I have already started a case?
If you started a case before May 17, you do not need to redo any forms you have sent in. Your case will carry on under the new rules.
If you need to use more forms, you will use the new ones.
