No contact - BC’s criminal justice system

Provides information about when an individual is released from custody and they’re given release conditions they must follow. These conditions are referred to as terms of release, and may include no contact conditions. Conditions might require the individual to stay away from certain people, such as the victim, or places, such as the victim’s residence.
